I currently have a spreadsheet where I keep track of all the fics I have read, note which ones are updating, and highlight my favorites.
I am curious about how most of you keep track of your favorite stories, TBRs, and downloaded fics (for posterity, of course, and to alleviate the fear of deletion).

I don’t remember all the stories in my 'Marked for Later' tab, and I’m afraid that the fics might be deleted before I get to read them. It makes me really anxious because a few months ago, an author deleted their profile, and all of their work is gone. (I didn’t have the foresight to download them, even though they were some of my favorites that live on in my head, rent-free, ever since…)
So, what does one do in this situation? Just download all the fics and keep them in folders like 'Current Reads,' 'TBR,' 'Still Updating,' etc… Further Categorising the folders based on Fandom, Pairings or Genre?
